Gastronomy on the Strand Cruise

Throughout the cruise, passengers will dine on expertly created cuisine that is influenced by the region through which the ship sails, as well as international menu items and signature dishes from the cruise’s resident executive chef, Youngyuth Champradang (Dang). The top deck of the Strand Cruise is the location of the Sarkies Bar, where passengers can try a Signature Strand cocktail. Depending on weather conditions, meals will be presented in The Strand Restaurant, the al fresco sun deck or, occasionally, somewhere else very special and unique.
